This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and "Kos-Z Software" (the "AUTHOR") for the "KosJCross" software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. Installing and using the SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with the terms of this AGREEMENT listed below, you must remove SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use it. This version of SOFTWARE is distributed as SHAREWARE. "SHAREWARE" means a trial/limited version of SOFTWARE. TRIAL VERSION: This SOFTWARE is not freeware. You may install the trial version of the SOFTWARE to test and evaluate it for 7 days. After this period you should either register your copy of the SOFTWARE by purchasing a user license or uninstall and delete all copies of the SOFTWARE. You are allowed to make any number of backup copies of the trial version of the SOFTWARE and its documentation. The trial version of SOFTWARE may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the trial version of SOFTWARE without a written permission from the AUTHOR. The trial version of the SOFTWARE may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without a written permission of the AUTHOR. REGISTERED VERSION: Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE (i.e. the licensing of this software is on a "per-user" basis), for any legal purpose, at a time. You may NOT distribute the registered version of SOFTWARE or/and its registration key. You are allowed make one copy of the registered version of SOFTWARE or/and its registration key solely for your personal backup or archival purposes. COMMON PROVISIONS: THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
