License Agreement Please read carefully the following license agreement. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between the Kryptel software author and the purchasers, users or evaluators of Kryptel software. Installation of this software implies your full acceptance of the terms of this license agreement. Full Version Evaluation You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. When this period expires you must either purchase the software, or remove it from your computer. Full Licensed Version One licensed copy of Kryptel may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation not used simultaneously by multiple users. You may not rent, lease, assign, or transfer Kryptel license. Lite Version You are hereby licensed to use the Lite version of the product (or Kryptel Lite) without charge for private purposes only. The Lite version is intended exclusively for home use and may not be used within an organization or institution. Restrictions You may not translate, reverse engineer, recompile, or disassemble the Product except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You may not modify the Product or merge all or any part of the Product with another program. Distribution This software may be freely distributed, provided that: Such distribution includes only the original file. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. The distribution does not include a license code, i.e. you may not distribute the licensed version of this software. The person receiving the software is not charged beyond reasonable cost of handling. Term This License will continue as long as you use the Product. However, it will terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. You must agree, upon termination, to destroy all copies of the Product. The Limitations of Warranties and Liability set out below will continue in force even after any termination. Warranty We warrant that the Product will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying materials for a period of ninety days from the date you acquire it. If such a defect occurs, it will be replaced free of charge. This remedy is your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty.
