This is a legal contract between you and Discordia, LTD. ("Discordia") that governs your use of Lphant's online music services available at www.Lphant.com consisting of the Lphant proprietary software( the "Service") and, if applicable, the Lphant media toolbar ("Lphant MediaBar"). This document, together with all updates, additional terms, software licenses and all of Lphant's rules and policies, collectively constitute the "Agreement" between you and Discordia. We recommend you grab a glass of water before reading the rest. To agree to these terms, click "AGREE" where indicated.
