By using MaaS360® Glimpse (“Service”) you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you and Fiberlink and they apply to your use of the Service. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, or if you are not at least 18 years old, do not proceed any further. Please be aware that the Service is designed to analyze and collect information about the device you will be using to access the Service. The information will be used to determine if your device meets the minimal compatibility requirements for our software to run in your environment or with other Fiberlink services. This includes determining what level of integration and support will be available for our software and platform and third party software integrated into our services. The information collected will be analyzed for software applications that may conflict with our software and prevent it from working properly, minimum operating system specifications and configurations, minimum hardware requirements, and compatible network configurations, as well as other software and services Fiberlink may add from time to time. All information gathered during your usage of the Service and the methodology used for gathering such information will be owned by Fiberlink. Further, the Service and any software enabling the Service is intellectual property owned by Fiberlink and you agree you will not or allow any third party to copy, sell, use for any other purpose other than intended by this Agreement, license, transfer, modify prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise derive source code from the Service or any underlying software enabling the Service. By accepting these terms and conditions , you are bound by the restrictions contained in this Agreement and consent to the collection and use of the information Fiberlink gathers during your use of the Service, subject to the rights afforded you in our Privacy Policy which can be found at www.maas360.com. Fiberlink and its suppliers expressly disclaim any warranty for the Service. The Service and any related documentation or reports are provided “AS IS”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and the entire risk as to the satisfaction, quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you. FIBERLINK PROVIDES NO ASSURANCES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR BUG FREE OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER DEVICE THAT RESULTS FORM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL.
