Maestro Notation 5 License for use and distribution The Maestro software is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means: 1. All copyrights to Maestro are exclusively owned by the authors Samohin Sergey & Dmitriy Golovanov. 2. Anyone may use this software with limitations for 30 days. If you wish to use all Maestro features without limitations, you MUST register. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Maestro on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Maestro software may not be rented or leased. 4. The Maestro unregistered limited version, may be freely distributed, with the exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Maestro without written permission from the copyright holder. The Maestro unregistered limited version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder. 5. To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with the registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites. See REG_SITE.TXT. 6. MAESTRO IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
