YOU MAY use the components and classes from this unit in any your (or your company''s) FREEWARE/SHAREWARE or COMMERCIAL application. Providers terms of service: The purchase of the product does not preclude the duty to respect Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, Microsoft Live Maps, OpenStreetMap terms of service. So to use MapDown and/or MapDown SDK you MUST accept these terms of service. For more information see the map providers website. The author is not responsible for the use of the product by the customer. Limited warranty: MapDown and MapDown SDK use Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, Microsoft Live Maps, OpenStreetMap service, so if in the future Google, Yahoo, Microsoft or OpenStreetMap change them MapDown and MapDown SDK may stop working. In this case the customer is not entitled to compensation or an update (free or pay udpate). Back-up and transfer: You may make one copy of the software solely for "back-up" purposes, as prescribed by international copyright laws.
