SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT *** Please read this entire agreement *** LICENSE: * This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee"), the end-user, and WellDone Creative Software, LLC ("WellDone") for the use of the MarketFeeder Pro software product ("Software"). By using this software or storing this program on a computer hard drive (or other media), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you have registered this software, promptly return the software and the accompanying items (including any written materials), along with your receipt for a full refund; or delete the software from all storage media. * This software may not be distributed on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media, as well as on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the permission of WellDone. * You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce this software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or resell for profit this software, or create derivative works based upon this software. You may not publicise or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or usernames and passwords used by this software without permission of WellDone. You may not use any usernames for the Software that have not been purchased from WellDone or an authorised representative of WellDone. * You may only use the Software on a single computer that you own, lease or control. * You may not use the Software for multiple users or on a local area network without written consent from WellDone. * You accept responsibility for any network usage costs, funds spent on BetFair and any other costs incurred by using this software. PRIVACY: MarketFeeder Pro does not transmit any of your authorization information to any place other than SportingOptions and WellDone Creative Software web sites, and for no other reason than your authorization. MarketFeeder Pro stores your MarketFeeder Pro password encrypted and even WellDone staff can't decrypt it.
