DLL's purchased with the academic discount may not be distributed, and must be used for educational purposes only. The professional registered DLL's may be redistributed (without royalty) in object code only as part of the user's compiled application. The registered DLL's may NOT be distributed as part of any software development system without our express written permission. When the software is registered, a key-code will be provided, which enables access to the registered DLL's. This key-code may NOT be distributed or made known. The SOFTWARE is owned by MarshallSoft Computing, Inc. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treating provisions. This SOFTWARE is being licensed and not sold.
