RKS Software grants you the following rights: Applications Software. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer. "You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the SOFTWARE. The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer. Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the SOFTWARE is installed or run from the storage device. A license for the SOFTWARE may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS Evaluation. When you first obtain a copy of the SOFTWARE, you are granted an evaluation period of not more than thirty (30) days, after which time you must pay for the SOFTWARE according to the terms and prices discussed in the SOFTWAREs documentation, or you must remove the SOFTWARE from your computer. Software Transfer. This license is not transferable to any other hardware product or other company, entity, or individual. Termination.
