The PRODUCT is licensed for use by the Authorized Users(s) only; Authorised User(s) being the person(s) and/ or organization(s) who agree to the terms of this EULA, AND who have hence been assigned the license for its use by macxmas, either in exchange for payment of the designated license fee OR are using the shareware, evaluation, trial, or complimentary versions of the PRODUCT.
