PGCSoft Multi Launcher for Skype License Agreement Please read this document carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and PGCSoft. the developer of Multi Launcher for Skype. This Agreement supersedes any prior version license and governs your use of the SOFTWARE. Note that the FREE edition never expires The FREE edition also does not have to be registered. DISTRIBUTION PERMISSION The FREE version may be freely distributed without prior permission from PGCSoft on condition that the files are not modified in any way. INDEMNIFICATION By installing and using the PGCSoft ("SOFTWARE") on your computer, you agree to save and hold harmless PGCSoft from any loss, direct or consequential damage, or claim incurred by you resulting from reliance upon the results obtained through the use of the SOFTWARE. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not install this software or remove the SOFTWARE together with all copies of it from your computer. SOFTWARE ACTIVATION The software does not need to be activated. It is fully functional. GRANT OF LICENSE The SOFTWARE license gives you certain limited rights to use the Software. You do not become an owner of and PGCSoft retains title to all the Software, Software Copies and Related Materials. PGCSoft grants you the right to use this SOFTWARE as follows: 1. You may not alter, disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer, duplicate or create a derivative work with the same "look and feel" or otherwise use the SOFTWARE except as stated in this License agreement. 2. This SOFTWARE must only be used under the conditions and on operating systems for which the SOFTWARE was designed. 3. It is your responsibility to keep a copy of the SOFTWARE in case you need to re-install it. PGCSoft reserves the right to charge a fee to provide you with an older copy. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE and Trademark are owned by PGCSoft and is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions. SOFTWARE SUPPORT. There is no support for the FREE edition. Please note that we cannot guarantee software updates for the FREE edition. LIMITED WARRANTY / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This SOFTWARE is provided and licensed AS IS. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product works on you particular system configuration to your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the program works with other third party software or later Operating Systems. These warranties are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will PGCSoft be liable to you for damages, including any loss of profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if PGCSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages. RESERVATION. PGCSoft reserves the right to change the license agreement of the software. PGCSoft reserves the right to change the product as it sees fit, including but not limited to removal, adding or changing features in new editions.
