Terms The My Little Mole Toolbar is provided AS-IS. It has been thoroughly tested but due to differences in computers and software that may be installed on them, we cannot test every possible combination. We have made every effort to identify fraudulent websites however scammers are constantly changing their methods and we do NOT guarantee to catch every fraudulent website. We have made every effort to minimize false positives however at least 1% of websites will generate a false positive alert. It is also possible that fraudulent URL's can be re-registered by legitimate individuals when they expire thereby generating an alert on a new website that is legitimate. We will make every reasonable effort to avoid and correct false positives that are reported to us so long as the website is in compliance with the My Little Mole Rules Of The Internet. This program is not designed to, and will not provide any protection against viruses trojans or other threats. You should use a good anti virus software package in addition to My Little Mole. This software is not a substitute for common sense. This software uses artificial intelligence techniques to determine if a website is legitimate or not. The warnings can appear for legitimate websites in some circumstances. If you have a legitimate website which is generating warnings, let us know and we will attempt to resolve the issue on a best effort basis. The information regarding the content of websites is not guaranteed to be accurate. Some websites have been reported to us as fraudulent or spam sites. Some websites may channge ownership. The website that was controlled by a spammer last year may have expired and been reregisteed by a legitimate owner today. Pop-up alerts, notices, blacklistings, ratings, and any other notices are opinions. By installing the software you request that we provide information about websites you visit on an as-available and best guess basis which is purely our opinion, and you acknowledge that the information may not be accurate or may be outdated.
