**** -- License Agreement for Registered Version of Net Monitor for Employees -- **** This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and EduIQ.com. While using the Net Monitor for Employees, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Net Monitor for Employees. SOFTWARE LICENSE 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This License Agreement (License) permits you to use the purchased quantity of copies of the software product identified above, which may include user documentation provided in an on-line or electronic form. The Net Monitor for Employees is in use on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g. hard disk) of that computer. This software may be installed on a network provided that appropriate restrictions are in place limiting the use to registered users only. 1.1 Regular License If you purchased a Regular license, the Net Monitor for Employees is licensed as a Regular license to an individual user. This license allows you to monitor the amount of remote computers (install Net Monitor for Employees Agent on them) of any kind, in any environment (including commercial), which is equal to the number that is written in the license designation (10 or 25) displayed during the purchasing. The use of the Net Monitor for Employees Console is not limited. 1.2 Site License If you purchased a Sitelicense, the Net Monitor for Employees is licensed as a Site license to an organization. This license allows you to monitor all computers (install Net Monitor for Employees Agent on them) that are part of that organization. within 160 km (100 miles) range of the address you specify during purchase. The use of the Net Monitor for Employees Console is not limited. 2. COPYRIGHT. The Net Monitor for Employees is owned by EduIQ.com and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Net Monitor for Employees (if any), nor print copies of any user documentation provided in on-line or electronic form. You must not redistribute the registration codes provided, either on paper, electronically, or as stored in the files that are part of Net Monitor for Employees, or any other form. 3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. The registration notification provided, showing your authorization code and this License is your proof of license to exercise the rights granted herein and must be retained by you. You may not rent or lease the Net Monitor for Employees, but you may transfer your rights under this License on a permanent basis, provided you transfer this License, the Net Monitor for Employees and all accompanying printed materials, retain no copies, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this License. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Net Monitor for Employees, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. NO WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduIQ.com disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Net Monitor for Employees and any accompanying written materials.
