End User License Agreement for nevo MobileGo for Android NOTICE: DATA SOLUTIONS LICENSES THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE, nevo MobileGo for Android, TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE SOFTWARE, PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DATA SOLUTIONS IS UNWILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO YOU, IN WHICH CASE YOU SHOULD CLICK THE "CANCEL" BUTTON, NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND REMOVE THE SOFTWARE FROM YOUR SYSTEM. BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. License: You may: use one copy of the software on one computer. Termination: This Agreement and the license granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein.
