NovaBACKUP Server is licensed for one machine only. If you require additional copies, a site license may be purchased from NovaStor. You may not transfer this software, electronically or otherwise, and you may not make any copies of this software. You may not assign or grant sub licenses or leases, or permit your copy or other copies of this software to be distributed to others. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, reverse, translate, or in any way derive from this software any source code form. This software and any manuals provided with it are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchant ability and warranties for fitness for a particular purpose. Should the software or any manuals prove to be defective, NovaStor, shall not be liable for any damages in excess of the purchase price of this software. In addition, NovaStor will not be liable for any consequential damages or any direct damages over and above the purchase price of this software. NovaStor, does not warrant that the function of this software will be error-free. However, NovaStor does warrant the media on which the software is furnished to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to you. As such, the entire liability of NovaStor, and your exclusive remedy shall be a refund of warranty above.
