IMBT Softwares PageFour SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED WITH THIS LICENSE IS SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS STATEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. "You" or "your" as used herein means the person or company who is being licensed to use the Software, as defined below. "We," "us" and "our" as used herein means IMBT Software. The "Software" as used herein means IMBT Softwares "PageFour" product. The Documentation as used herein shall mean the written materials that you may receive in connection with the Software. I will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Software and the Documentation. If you accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, you have certain rights and obligations as follows: YOU MAY: 1. Install and use the FREE EDITION of PageFour without purchasing a license. The FREE EDITION allows for a maximum of 3 Notebooks, with 20 Pages per Notebook. 2. Copy and distribute freely the FREE EDITION (see DISTRIBUTION). THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO You agree and acknowledge that the Software and Documentation are proprietary works that may be protected by the copyright laws of various nations. You may only use the Software and Documentation for the purposes and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You may not, without limitation: 1. Place the Software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network 2. Sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation 3. Use the FREE EDITION with more than 3 Notebooks, or more than 20 Pages per Notebook To use the Software with more than 3 Notebooks, or more than 20 Pages per Notebook, you must purchase a license from us. Licenses are sold on a per-computer basis. You must have a license for each separate computer on which the Licensed version of the Software is installed and run. A license for the Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different computers. DISTRIBUTION: You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the FREE EDITION as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the FREE EDITION (not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the FREE EDITION (except for shipment and handling charges). Computer magazines are authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform us by e-mail each time you distribute the FREE EDITION. PASSWORDS THE SOFTWARE CONTAINS FEATURES THAT PERMIT DATA TO BE ENCRYPTED USING A USER-DEFINED PASSWORD. SHOULD YOU FORGET OR LOSE THIS PASSWORD, OR ALLOW IT TO BE CHANGED WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO RECOVER THIS DATA. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY US ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
