All rights reserved. This is the End User License Agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you ("LICENSEE"), the end-user, and surveillancesoftwares.com, the manufacturer and the copyright owner, for the use of the Parental Surveillance software product ("SOFTWARE"). You understand that federal or local law governs the use of some types of software; it is your responsibility to follow such laws. It is a federal and state offense to install, monitoring or surveillance software on a PC which you do not own. You have checked all state, federal and local laws that may prohibit the use of this software. Disclaimer All our products are distributed and licensed on an "as is" basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind whether EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED are promised by SurveillanceSoftwares as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. In no event shall SurveillanceSoftwares be liable for any loss of data or ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, financial, physical, emotional or other, which might arise from its use. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Parental Surveillance may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE/ENVIRONMENT IS OFFERED. - Logging/monitoring keystrokes typed by anyone without his/her permission is an illegal offence in every part of this world. So we recommend intimating the user that whatever he types, can be logged/monitored/controlled by his administrator. In case user is not informed about this, only administrator or the one who is using this application will be held responsible for this. - Logging/monitoring internet activity of anyone without his/her permission is an illegal offence in every part of this world. So we recommend intimating the user that whatever he does on internet can be logged/monitored/controlled by his administrator. In case user is not informed about this, only administrator or the one who is using this application will be held responsible for this. - For monitoring/controlling any kind of computer/internet activity of anyone, you have to get an agreement signed between you and the one/ones whose computer/internet activity/activities is/are being monitored/controlled. SurveillanceSoftwares or any one of its team will not be responsible for any kind of damage to any of the party. - Parental Surveillance use WinPcap, an open source library for monitoring and controlling internet activities. This library does not work with dialup internet connections on Vista and Windows 7. So web control feature of Parental Surveillance will not work if you have dialup internet connections on Vista and Windows 7. - Parental Surveillance can restrict only those protocols which run on the top of TCP/IP protocols. - Parental Surveillance can restrict ports only if they are being used for TCP/IP communication. Privacy SurveillanceSoftwares products do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the product''s successful operation. Your private information is safe with us. Evaluation Version The Evaluation version of this software may be used for evaluation purposes at the user''s own risk for a period of 10 days from the date of installation. At the end of the trial period, the user must either purchase a license to continue using this software, or remove it from his/her system. The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person, firm or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Parental Surveillance without having written permission from the copyright holder. Registered Version On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Parental Surveillance on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. Under no circumstances you are licensed to distribute registered version of Parental Surveillance or to distribute the given psKey.txt file by any means. Agreement By installing, running, or using any SurveillanceSoftwares product or service you agree to all the terms/policies mentioned in this document. In addition you agree that you will follow the SurveillanceSoftwares policies at all times when using a SurveillanceSoftwares product or service. Software License and Limited Warranty PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. The Software is licensed (not sold) to you, and SurveillanceSoftwares owns all copyright, trade secret, patent, copy and other proprietary rights in this Software. You may use the Software on a single computer. You may not: (1) copy (other than once for back-up purposes), distribute, rent, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the Software; (2) modify or prepare derivative works of the Software; (3) transmit the Software over a network, by telephone, or electronically using any means; (4) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software. You may transfer the Software, but only if the recipient and copyright holder agree to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you transfer the software, you must transfer all components and documentation and erase any copies residing on your computer equipment. Your license is automatically terminated if you transfer the Software. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the software is at your sole risk.
