PassMan-C4 - Trial version License Conditions 1. The software package PassMan-C4 - Trial version (hereinafter only "software") is intended for trial use. User is allowed to: 1.1 Install and use the software 1.2 Create software databases and use the software for an unlimited period of time when complying with the license conditions 1.3 Reinstall software as needed 1.4 Make copies and freely distribute the original software installation 2. User must not: 2.1 Tamper with the software code, decompile it, translate it, analyse it or modify it in any way 2.2 Sell or rent the software 2.3 Remove or modify copyright information and software identification 3. The sole possessor of the copyright is Jan Kuzelka, Prague, Czech Republic (hereinafter "producer"). 4. The software package PassMan-C4 is distributed "as is". The producer is not liable for any damages caused by using the software. The producer is explicitly not liable for any hardware damage, data loss, software damage, or lost profit resulting from using the software. The software use is at the user's own risk only. 5. By installing and using the software, the user fully agrees with and accepts these license conditions. Any violation of these license conditions can lead to breach of the producer's copyright and criminal prosecution. In case of violation of these license conditions, the user immediately looses the right to use the software and must uninstall it from his computer without undue delay. 6.
