Path too long Tool PRO - License Agreement http://www.PathTooLong.com License Agreement This License Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which you (the Licensee) are permitted by ABTO (the Licensor) to use the File/Folder Clean-Up Tool (Tool). 1. License grant Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee, and Licensee hereby accepts, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, a non-exclusive license to use the Tool at a single computer per license. If Licensee needs to use the Tool on another computer, he should destroy the instances of the Tool on the computer it was previously used. Otherwise, additional licenses shall be purchased. 2. Restrictions In accepting the license granted by Licensor, Licensee agrees that it shall not a. Loan or rent Tool to a third party; b. Attempt to disassemble or reverse-engineer software included with the Tool; c. Pass the license or the Tool to any user. 3. Term of Agreement The term of this Agreement starts at the time Licensee receives Tool and shall continue in effect indefinitely unless terminated as specified in Termination of Agreement, below. 4. Termination of Agreement The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of Tool. 5. Copyright and proprietary information Licensee acknowledges that Tool and all supporting documentation constitute valuable property of Licensor and that all title and ownership rights in Tool and related materials remain exclusively with Licensor. Licensor reserves all rights with respect to Tool under all applicable laws for the protection of proprietary information, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Licensee shall not cause or permit unauthorized copying, reproduction, or disclosure of any portion of the Tool or supporting documentation, or the delivery or distribution of any part thereof to any third person or entity, for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior written permission of Licensor. This restriction shall continue to bind Licensee and its agents and representatives beyond the termination of this Agreement. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THIS TOOL IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY. THIS TOOL IS SOLD WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. BECAUSE OF THE DIVERSITY OF CONDITIONS AND HARDWARE UNDER WHICH THIS TOOL MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
