END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PC SOCCER PC SOCCER IMPORTANT--READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Christophe Bouscaut ("AUTHOR") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. COPYRIGHT All titles and rights to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are exclusively owned by the AUTHOR. You have the right to use the software product for a trial period of 30 days. At the end of this trial period, you must either register the product or discontinue using it and remove it from your computer. NON-COMMERCIAL USE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT can only be tested, used and purchased for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is strictly forbidden to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any commercial organization or for any commercial purpose without prior written agreement with the author. REGISTERED VERSION Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer at a time, for any non-commercial and legal purpose. IN ANY CASE, CHRISTOPHE BOUSCAUTS ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT SET BY THE AUTHOR; BECAUSE SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
