CIANSOFT PDFBuilderX 2.3 SINGLE USER LICENCE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. This licence agreement applies to the Ciansoft PDFBuilderX ActiveX control and any accompanying files (collectively referred to as "the SOFTWARE"). By installing the SOFTWARE, you are considered to have accepted this agreement. 1. GRANT OF LICENCE. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to install and use the SOFTWARE on a single computer. You may transfer the SOFTWARE to another computer only if you delete the previous installation. 2. DISTRIBUTION. The ActiveX file, PDFBuilderX.ocx, may be distributed without restriction with your own applications. The licence file, PDFBuilderX.lic, is restricted to the single installation defined by this licence agreement and must not be distributed. You may make additional copies of this file only for backup purposes. The single computer on which the SOFTWARE is installed may be a web server. In this case, the creation of a licence package (.lpk) file which includes a licence for PDFBuilderX is permitted to enable client computers connecting to the server to run the ActiveX control. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The SOFTWARE is the intellectual property of Ciansoft. You must not disassemble the SOFTWARE or sell it to another party. 4. LIABILITY.
