By using Picture Patrol Officer XP, you acknowledge that Picture Patrol Officer XP and all related products constitute valuable property of Brainchild and that all title and ownership rights to Picture Patrol Officer XP and related materials remain exclusively with Brainchild. Brainchild reserves all rights with respect to Picture Patrol Officer XP and all related products under all applicable laws for the protection of proprietary information, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks and patents. Picture Patrol Officer XP is owned by Brainchild and is protected by international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat Picture Patrol Officer XP like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording). Paying the Picture Patrol Officer XP licence fee allows you the right to use one copy of Picture Patrol Officer XP on a single computer. You may not network Picture Patrol Officer XP or otherwise use it or make it available for use on more than one computer at the same time. You may not rent or lease Picture Patrol Officer XP, nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it. If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use Picture Patrol Officer XP terminates automatically and you must then destroy all copies of Picture Patrol Officer XP in your possession.
