Play The Web END USER License Agreement You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your downloading and/or use of this software (Play The Web) indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. This Play The Web software ("Software") is owned by Philippe Vaugouin. ("Philippe Vaugouin"). Philippe Vaugouin hereby grants to the user a non-exclusive license to use this Software solely for internal purposes. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain to Philippe Vaugouin. The Software is protected by the copyright laws and international treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights regarding such content. TERMS APPLICABLE WHEN LICENSE FEES NOT YET PAID (LIMITED TO EVALUATION). This Agreement is governed by the laws of Paris and the laws of France. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
