Software license This license describes the conditions under which you may use APIK (hereafter referred to as "the program" or "the software product"). It is a legal agreement between you, the users, (either an individual or a single entity) and Ablazesoft for the software product identified above. Installing, copying and using the program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA (or unable or unwilling to accept them in full), then you may not use the program at all. You must remove the program files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. Promptly dispose of this copy of the APIK. Evaluation and registration The program is licensed, not sold. This software product is not free. The program is "try-before-you-buy" software. Grant of license Prior to Registration. This EULA grants you the following rights as an unregistered user: you may use this program during a test period of 30 days free of charge. Before the expiration of the 30-day trial period if you wish to continue to use the software product you must either register your copy of the program or stop using it. To register you must complete the registration form and send it with registration fee to the authorized registration site, see http://www.ablazesoft.com/buynow. There are no additional license fees apart from the cost of registration. Rights of Ownership. With the purchase of this product you are only entitled to the possession of the substantial software data which the software is recorded on. This does not include the acquisition of rights of the software itself. Ablazesoft reserves the right to publicize, reproduce, alter or exploit the software. Registration gives you the right to use the program after the 30-day trial period including features available only for registered users. After registration. This EULA grants you the following rights as a registered user. This is a single computer usage license. The user purchases one license to use the program on a single computer at a time and in one place only. "Use" means loaded in temporary memory or permanent storage on the computer. Installation on a network server solely for distribution to other computers is not "use", if you have a separate license for each computer to which the program is distributed. Distribution Installation package of Private InfoKeeper may be freely copied and distributed provided that: - those copies are unmodified duplicates of the program; - those copies do not contain the registration code nor key generators; - such copying and distribution is made free of charge, and never for profit or for any commercial purpose; - these are not separate parts of the package; - it is distributed not inside of any other software package; - you may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
