Protea AntiVirus Tools for Lotus Domino End User License Agreement. Do NOT install or use this software until you have read and accepted all of the terms of this License. This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement that you (either an individual or a single entity) have signed for the Protea AntiVirus Tools software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials, and may include "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). PROTEATOOLS.COM IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, AS INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE WILL INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, THEN PROTEATOOLS.COM IS UNWILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO YOU. 1. The Software. The Software licensed under this Agreement consists of computer programs, data compilation(s), and documentation referred to as Protea AntiVirus Tools (the Software). 2. Installation. You understand and agree that the installation of the Software will install files necessary to operate the program onto your computer or network server. 3. You are granted non-exclusive rights to install and use the Software on any single computer or on a network server and/or transmit the Software over an internal computer network, provided that You acquire and dedicate a licensed copy of the Software, for a number of computers on which the Software is used or to which it is transmitted over the internal network. A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on more different computers than the number of computers included in your license. You may purchase additional licenses for the Software from time to time. This Agreement shall take precedence over any purchase order for additional licenses, and any conflicting, inconsistent, or additional terms in such purchase orders shall be null and void. You may copy the Software for archival purposes, provided that all copies must contain the original Software's proprietary notices in unaltered form. 4. Technical and Customer support. We will provide free technical support by email, to the registered users. However, we reserve the right to terminate support to users who in our judgment are unreasonable or abusive, or who have system or other difficulties that transcend the scope of this software. 5. Solely with respect to electronic documents included with the Software, you may make an unlimited number of copies (either in hard copy or electronic form), provided that such copies shall be used only for internal purposes and are not republished or distributed to any third party. 6. Restrictions. You may not, without the prior written consent of proteatools.com: (i) permit others to use the Software, except as expressly provided above for authorized network use; (ii) share you license key with others; (iii) modify or translate the Software; (iv) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; (v) create derivative works based on the Software; (vi) merge or bundle the Software with another product; (vii) copy the Software, except as expressly provided above; or (viii) remove or obscure any proprietary rights notices or labels on the Software. 7. Transfers. You may not transfer the Software or any rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of proteatools.com, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. A condition to any transfer or assignment shall be that the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void. 8. Ownership. Except as expressly licensed to you in this Agreement, proteatools.com retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Software. 9. Copyright Notice. Copyright (c) 2004, proteatools.com.
