BURNINGBOX SA SWITZERLAND BURNINGBOX QDOC SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORTANT: THIS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT "EULA" IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BURNINGBOX. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY INSTALLING CLICKING "I ACCEPT", YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE LICENCE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. License This EULA allows you to: (a) Install and use the Software on a single computer (not a server). A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. (b) Make backup copies of the software for your personal use. 3. License Restrictions (a) You may not share your licence with somebody else. A licence if for one computer. If you want to use the software on another computer. You have to uninstall the software on the first computer. (b) You may not decompile (or any comparable process). (c) You may not sell, rent, lease, transfer or sublicense the Software. (d) You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software. (e) You may not use/export the Software in/from/to countries where it is prohibited by the law. 4. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER This software can be tested as Demo Software that means that: (a) if you try the Demo version, you try on a specific computer for testing purpose. If you install the Demo you must also accept all this EULA. (b) if you buy this product, you agreed that the product fullfil your requirement. According to the previous terms NO WARRANTY is given on the product. BURNINGBOX AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, in any case. You must make backup regularly of your sytem. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. (a) NEITHER BURNINGBOX NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT/INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS, INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER LOSS/PROBLEM OF ANY NATURE, DUE TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF BURNINGBOX OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU HAVE TO CONSULT REGULARLY THE WEBSITE OF BURNINGBOX FOR ANY IMPORTANT INFORMATION/UPDATES ABOUT THE SOFTWARE. (b) BURNINGBOXS TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ACTUAL DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE. (c) If the laws of your country are not compatibles with this EULA. You may not buy this product. If you decide to buy this product anyway, you endorse the full responsability for the use of this software. 6. Basis of our price The Limited Liability and Limited Warranty set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the agreement between BURNINGBOX and you. BURNINGBOX would not be able to provide the Software to this low price with other conditions.
