End-User License Agreement for RetroMaze, a product of NetPlay Software. All copyrights to RetroMaze are exclusively owned by NetPlay Software. The term 'RetroMaze' refers to both the registered and unregistered versions of the software unless otherwise specified. RetroMaze is distributed "AS IS" and you (the "Licensee") assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of RetroMaze and any results obtained. The unregistered version of RetroMaze, marked as "RetroMaze Lite", may be freely distributed in its original format. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of RetroMaze without written permission from NetPlay Software. NetPlay Software grants to you as an individual, a non-transferable, nonexclusive license to RetroMaze as follows: PERSONAL - Usage is restricted to non-commercial purposes only. Licensee may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice contained in RetroMaze. Further, you may not use RetroMaze for any purpose that is infringing, illegal, or defamatory in nature. NetPlay Software and the authors of RetroMaze make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the complete RetroMaze software package and, with respect thereto, NetPlay Software and the authors of RetroMaze shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing RetroMaze including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction.
