Copyright © 1999-2008 Microsoft Corporation. All Rights Reserved. RiffMaster Pro is owned by Manly Guitar Works ("us"). We grant to the user ("you") a non-exclusive license to use RiffmasterPro. You may only use RiffMaster Pro if you agree to this license agreement. Evaluation Period and License Keys When RiffMaster Pro is installed for the first time on a computer which it has not been installed on before, you will normally find that it will run for 10 days without requiring a "license key". If you want to use it beyond the 10 day evaluation period you must buy a license to use RiffMaster Pro (the license described here). You will then receive a "license key" from RiffMaster Pro. This license key is only for the use of the person or organization to whom it is issued and may not be "shared" or distributed in any way. You may only use a license key which has been issued directly to you by RiffMaster Pro We don't actually promise that RiffMaster Pro will run for an evaluation period without a license key, but it normally should. If you need to install RiffMaster Pro again (for instance, perhaps you upgraded your computer) then you will need your license key again and for this reason you should keep it safe, on a backup separate from your computer, and/or on paper. If you lose it then we may (at our discretion) replace it, or we may tell you to get lost and buy it again. So KEEP IT SAFE. This license may be revoked by RiffMaster Pro if you break its terms but is otherwise valid indefinately for the current version of RiffMaster Pro at the time you bought it. You may or may not have to pay for future upgrades if you want them, at our discretion. So far updates have been free for paid-up users. Use A single license entitles you to run RiffMaster Pro on one machine only, or on two machines as long as the program is for your exclusive use on both of them. If you buy multiple licenses then we may choose to issue just one license key, but give you permission to use it on multiple machines. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that RiffMaster Pro is bug-free and performs as it should, we cannot guarantee that it will always perform as expected or accept any liability for any aspect of its use. Support Support is available from RiffMaster Pro via email only and is free. Legal You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of the RiffMaster Pro software or any part of it.
