This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between IronCode Software ("IronCode") and you. By installing this Software, by loading or running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive, or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These are the only terms by which IronCode permits copying or use. IRONCODE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR RIOTBALL General terms: 1. THE SOFTWARE. The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program RiotBall, which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation. 2. COPYRIGHT The Software is owned by IronCode and is protected by Indian copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material. Except as expressly licensed by IronCode, IronCode reserves the exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and interest to distribute the Software, and to use Trademarks in connection with them. Trademarks refers to the name of the Software, and IronCodes trade names and logos, which are trademarks of IronCode Software. 3. GRANT OF LICENSE. IronCode grants you the right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may install and use one (1) copy of the software on either a computer or a portable computer. This program is licensed, not sold. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software. You may not alter this Software in any way; you may not use or distribute any part of the original package. You are not also allowed to emulate, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer any executable part of original package. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. 3.1 DEMO VERSION LICENSE You may make as many copies of the DEMO version of this distribution package as you wish; you may give exact copies of the original DEMO version of this distribution package; distribute the DEMO version of this distribution package in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the DEMO version of RiotBall without PRIOR written permission from IronCode. If you want to distribute RiotBall DEMO in a retail location, or as part of a hardware or software bundle, or on CD-ROM you need not get written permission from IronCode. 3.2 REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use RiotBall on one computer. The registered version of RiotBall may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. You are allowed to make one copy of this software for backup purposes only. If you transfer the registered version of RiotBall to another person/entity, the backup copy (if any) must be destroyed. Installing and using RiotBall signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove RiotBall files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. 4. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE ON. IRONCODE WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM IT, INCLUDING SUCH FROM NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONTRACT, EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 5. TERM. The term of this license grant is perpetual. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possession. Your license to use the Software will automatically terminate if you breach the terms of this Agreement. You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement. By installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
