Individuals and companies may use this software for an evaluation period not to exceed 30 days. After 30 days, users are required to either purchase a retail version of SafeHouse or cease all use of this product. 2. Users may without charge reproduce and distribute evaluation copies of this product subject to the restrictions herein contained. Copies of this software may be distributed on CD ROM in accordance with the current guidelines for such as published from time to time by the Association of Shareware Professionals and ONLY if written permission is obtained from PC Dynamics in advance of publication. 3. This product may not be sold or otherwise provided as a part of a larger system, service, or in any other consideration that can be considered commercial benefit without a license agreement with PC Dynamics authorizing such activity. 4. If this product is acquired for Department of Defense usage by government or civilian contractor, the terms of this license are superseded by 252.227-7013 or 52.227-19. 5. This agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. WARRANTY PC Dynamics warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the specifications of the licensed versions for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of user or company registration.
