END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. NOTICE TO USERS: Use of Schoolhouse Bingo constitutes your acceptance of the following terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install and/or use this software. Your use of this software is conditioned upon compliance by you with the terms of this agreement. For the purposes of this license agreement, "SOFTWARE" means the program Schoolhouse Bingo, "YOU" means the company, entity, or individual installing or using the SOFTWARE, "USE" means storing, loading, installing, executing, or displaying the SOFTWARE. Schoolhouse Bingo is NOT in the Public Domain. Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. retains ownership and copyright and exclusively reserves all rights to the SOFTWARE. Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. asserts its right to be recognized as the author and owner of Schoolhouse Bingo. EVALUATION AGREEMENT: A free trial version of Schoolhouse Bingo is available. The trial version of the program is fully functional, but bingo card and call sheets will print with banners. Once you purchase the program, you will receive a regular version of the program that has the banners removed from the printed sheets. LICENSE GRANT: Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. grants you a license to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer for use by a single individual, unless a site license has been purchased in which case the SOFTWARE may be used by multiple individuals on multiple computers within a single institution at a single physical location. This license is not transferable to any other hardware product or other company, entity, or individual. PUBLISHING LICENSE: The materials produced with this SOFTWARE may be freely reproduced for educational purposes within the limits of the LICENSE GRANT, but may not be reproduced, bound, compiled, or in any other way offered for resale or distribution for financial gain, whether in printed or digital form, unless a publishing license has been purchased in which case the SOFTWARE may be used by a single company or educational institution to reproduce, bind, and compile materials for resale or distribution. OWNERSHIP: The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE. COPYRIGHT: The SOFTWARE is protected by Canadian copyright law and international treaty provisions. YOU acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to YOU. Neither Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this SOFTWARE shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such SOFTWARE, even if Schoolhouse Technologies Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims. The person using the SOFTWARE bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the SOFTWARE. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to YOU to the extent that liability is by law incapable of exclusion or restriction.
