Shape X is a commercial screen saver software product created by Bright Bug Software. All binaries, images, source code, and documentation included with the screen saver are the property of Bright Bug Software. Every effort has been made to ensure that the screen saver is a high quality product. The screen saver is provided AS IS without warranty. 2. COPYRIGHT. Shape X is Copyright © 2004 by Bright Bug Software. You must reproduce all copyright notices on any copies of Shape X and you must not remove the notices. You acknowledge that United States copyright law and international treaties protect Shape X. Bright Bug Software retains all rights to Shape X and reserves the right to modify the screen saver and this license agreement without notice. YOU MUST PURCHASE A LICENSE FOR EACH COPY OF SHAPE X IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE 14-DAY TRIAL PERIOD. You may make one backup copy of Shape X and one backup copy of your license key. You may not use your license key to register your screen saver on multiple computers even if two or more of these computers belong to you. You may not sell, give away, or post your license key on the Internet or other form of public media where others may see your key. 7. TERMINATION OF LICENSE. Failure to comply with the above license will result in termination of your use of Shape X. Bright Bug Software may demand that you stop using Shape X if it is determined at any time that you are using the screen saver in breach of this license agreement. In such an event all copies of Shape X in your possession must be destroyed. Upon removal because of breach of this license agreement, you must provide expressed written notice of the removal and compliance of the termination. You will be given 30 days to comply in the event of termination of this license agreement. 8. DOCUMENTATION. Documentation for Shape X configuration options can be found under the help menu for the screen saver. Bright Bug Software does not warrant documentation completeness, ensure that documentation will be error free, or up-to-date.
