This agreement is between you, the user of this software ('ShortShip Pro' software) and the author. This agreement applies to all versions of this software. By using this software you indicate your acceptance of the license agreement. This software and the accompany files are distributed 'AS-IT'. If you do not intend to or have not yet decided to honor this agreement, please exit now and remove this software from your storage devices. The author exclusively owns all copyrights to this software. All files pertaining to this software inclusive of logo or graphics files are copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, audio sample, or text may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended of the software for the single user. The user of this software will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the author against lawsuits, claims, costs associated with defense or accusations that may result from the use of this software. The author is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including any type of loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without any limitation , incurred before, during or after the use of our products. Our only entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase price of the software (maximum being the suggested retail price) in exchange for the return of the product, all copies, registration papers and manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of ownership from the customer back to the author. Each licensed copy of this software may be used only in one single location by one user.
