SignGo - PRODUCT LICENSE INFORMATION NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. LTD. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL WISSEN UK INC. LTD.' LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU, IF ANY. 8. GOVERNING LAW. This license will be governed and construed in accordance with English law, and any dispute arising under this agreement or in connection with the SOFTWARE shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save where Wissen UK Inc. Ltd. otherwise agrees. No variation, amendment of or addition to this license shall be effective unless prior agreement in writing shall have been obtained from WISSEN UK INC. LTD. 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire agreement between you and Wissen UK Inc.
