License Agreement Please read carefully the following license agreement. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between the Silver Key software developer and the purchasers, users or evaluators of Silver Key ("Product"). Installation of this software implies your full acceptance of the terms of this license agreement. Evaluation You are hereby licensed to use this Product for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. When this period expires you must either purchase the software, or remove it from your computer. Licensed Version One licensed copy of Product may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation not used simultaneously by multiple users. You may not rent, lease, assign, or transfer Product license. Restrictions You may not translate, reverse engineer, recompile, or disassemble the Product except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You may not modify the Product or merge all or any part of the Product with another program. Distribution This software may be freely distributed, provided that: Such distribution includes only the original file. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. The distribution does not include a license code, i.e. you may not distribute the licensed version of this software. The person receiving the software is not charged beyond reasonable cost of handling. Term This License will continue as long as you use the Product. However, it will terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. You must agree, upon termination, to destroy all copies of the Product.
