SOLITAIRE WELL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT License Agreement You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. This is a legal end user license agreement ("License") between you ("Licensee") and GranderSoft Development ("Author") covering the computer program of "Solitaire Well" which includes program files, data files and documentation (hereinafter "Software"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR IN ANY OTHER WAY USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRESENT LICENSE AGREEMENT. Ownership The Software and all copies of the Software are owned by Author and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret laws and international treaty provisions.
