Copyright and Licencing End User Licence Agreement SQLDBCompare End-User License Agreement (EULA) This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author (Best SoftTool, Inc.) of this Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE All versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The sole property belongs to Best SoftTool, Inc. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be duplicated, sold, distributed or utilized in any manner not described herein without the prior written consent of Best SoftTool, Inc.. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. You may Install and Use one copy of the Product on a single computer, such as a workstation, terminal or other device. Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the Product on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the Product on your other Workstation Computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate an additional license for each separate Workstation Computer on or from which the Product is installed, used, accessed, displayed or run. A license for the Product may not be shared or used concurrently on different Workstation Computers. You may only Install and User one copy of the Product per licence bought. 2. ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE/SERVICES. This EULA applies to updates, supplements, add-on components, or Internet-based services components, of the Product that Best SoftTool, Inc. may provide to you or make available to you after the date you obtain your initial copy of the Product, unless we provide other terms along with the update, supplement, add-on component, or Internet-based services component. Best SoftTool, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue any Internet-based services provided to you or made available to you through the use of the Product. 3. TRANSFER-Internal. Workstation. You may move the Product to a different Workstation Computer. After the transfer, you must completely remove the Product from the former Workstation Computer. Transfer to Third Party. You may not transfer any rights for this SOFTWARE PRODUCT to another end user. No Rental. You may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services to third parties with the Product. 4. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts. 5. MISCELLANEOUS. - The Shareware (trial) version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the software without written permission from the copyright holder. - Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. 6. LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. 7. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software. The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Best SoftTool, Inc. or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Product. The Product is licensed, not sold. 8. LIMITED WARRANTY NO WARRANTIES. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
