The Sudoku Studio program as well as Sudoku puzzles and solutions generated by Sudoku Studio may be used by individuals and non-profit organizations for non-commercial purposes. Use of the program, sale of the program, or use of any of the puzzles or solutions it generates for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement with author Jon Kane. Sudoku Studio is marketed as SHAREWARE. Any individual may obtain, install, and use the program for evaluation purposes at no charge. After Sudoku Studio has been installed on a computer for 30 days, it will begin to remind the user that it is time to purchase a license for continued use. All users, whether licensed or not, should feel free to give copies of this program to others as long as the copyright notices within the program, on the display, and in the documentation remain unchanged. The program should be distributed in one of the files SDKSDO??.ZIP or SDKSDO??.EXE which contain all the necessary supporting files. Businesses may distribute copies of this software under the condition that purchasers are informed that payment made for the copy does not grant them a license for continued use. In particular, any business following the guidelines of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) may distribute copies of this software. IF A SINGLE PERSON IS THE ONLY PERSON USING A SUDOKU STUDIO LICENSE, then the individual may purchase a license for a single computer.
