If you do not agree to the following terms, please do not use, install, or distribute this software. 1.0 Definitions. 1.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, "Software" shall mean the software identified above, including but not limited to any updates, modifications, revisions, copies, and associated documentation provided by Gatis Avots. 2.0 Grant of License. 2.1 Evaluation Terms and Conditions. You may use this Software solely for evaluation purposes without charge. The evaluation version is limited in its features. 2.2 Full License Terms and Conditions. To unlock full feature set of the software, you need to purchase of a full license. If you have not paid the registration fee, you may do so by visiting http://www.WindowsUptimeMonitor.com on the Internet. Upon enabling (or installing) the registered copy, you may use the Software on that number of computers for which you have paid a separate license fee, and the primary user of each computer for which you have paid a separate license fee may use the Software on his or her portable computer. You may also make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy the registered Software in whole or in part. A license for the Software may not be shared by alternating use of the Software between different computers. Gatis Avots reserves the right to revoke or modify support provided for the Software at any time, for any or no reason. 6.0 Limited Warranty and Remedies. 6.1 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Gatis Avots DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT IT WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. 6.2 NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS A WARRANTY OR A REPRESENTATION BY Gatis Avots THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE FREE FROM INFRINGEMENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.
