TalkHelper for Skype End User License Agreement ("EULA") ============================================================================= END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE Important - read carefully: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a business entity) and TalkHelper Inc. (?TALKHELPER?). TALKHELPER provides the software called TalkHelper for Skype (refers to all variations of the product), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. SOFTWARE PRODUCT is free for unlimited personal and home use. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts. Distribution. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold, rented, offered for download on an internet site or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Registration. TalkHelper requires 7 days free trial, after that, a license is required. 3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by TALKHELPER. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 4. COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL. SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not intended and should not be used for illegal or infringing purposes, such as the illegal copying or sharing of copyrighted materials. Using SOFTWARE PRODUCT for such purposes is, among other things, against United States and international copyright laws and contrary to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement. Such activity may be punishable by law. Be aware of laws and regulations pertaining to the legality of recording conversations.
