Licence Agreement for Tariscope Enterprise and Provider, Full Version. Tariscope 2000-2014, SoftPI company. All rights reserved. To install and use Tariscope you must accept the license agreement by clicking the 'Accept' button below. Definitions. 'The Program' below refers to Tariscope, Full Version and any support materials that come with it, including the databases, the installer and the registration key provided on purchase. 'The Authors' below refers to SoftPI company, a registered company of Kharkov, Ukraine. Contact details are available at the bottom of this document. 'The Installer' below refers to this piece of software, designed to install the Program on your computer. General. This license covers the Full Version of Tariscope and outlines the terms by which the application is provided to the license holder. Note that future updates to the Program may be covered by their own licenses, which will supersede this agreement. Subject to the conditions outlined below, this license grants you the non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to install and use one copy of the Program for your personal use. This license does not confer ownership of the Program, and any rights not specifically granted in this document are reserved by the Authors and any agents they have authorised. Conditions. By accepting this license agreement, you agree not to: 1. Sell, rent, or distribute the Program or copies of it without the written permission of the Authors. This includes disclosing registration key details or providing the Installer to others. 2. Use or permit the use of this Program in an environment wherein users pay for access. If you wish to use the Program in such an environment , you must obtain a separate license from the Authors. Contact details are provided below. 3. Use or permit the use of the Program on more than one machine at a time. 4. Make copies of the Program, or any part thereof, excepting for backup and archive purposes. 5. The Authors provide the Program 'as is' and shall in no event be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the application, to the extent permitted by law. The Authors' liability shall not exceed the price paid to purchase the Program from the Authors or their authorised distributors. By agreeing to this license you agree to indemnify the Authors, their licensors, employees and officers from any damages, losses, or expenses that may arise through the use of the Program. Termination. This license may be terminated immediately if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, all rights granted to the licensee by this license are revoked, without prejudice to the rights of the Author, and you agree to destroy all copies of the Program forthwith. If a registration key is found to have been disclosed in violation of this license agreement, the Author reserves the right to prevent the Program from working with that key. Online Communication. The Program makes use of an online update system that can be activated by the user to check for new versions over the internet.
