Terra Excess: software end-user license Agreement. Before installing or using the software product 'Terra Excess' (“the Software”), read carefully the following legal terms ('terms'). By selecting the accepting option, or by installing, copying or using the Software you (either an individual or an entity) agree that you have read these terms, understand them and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not install, use or copy the Software. Any violation of these terms will subject you to legal liability. The Software is licensed, not sold. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. In no event shall Author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss or inaccuracy of data, incurred by any person from such person's usage of the Software.
