Licence Agreement for the TextMagic Messenger Software. Important Notice: Do not download this software until you have carefully read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install or use this software. This licence agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and TextMagic Ltd ("AUTHOR") for the software product identified above and any associated files and documentation, (collectively "SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). Grant of License: The AUTHOR grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, copyright license subject to the terms of this AGREEMENT. You may copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT associated with this AGREEMENT onto a single computer for your personal non-commercial use. You may distribute the installation package as much as you want, as long as you keep the installation package intact. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Limitation of Liability: The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, noninfringement of third-party intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose.
