END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT You are granted a non-exclusive license to use this version of V (the Software) free of charge for evaluation and trial purposes only. You may evaluate the Software for a period of up to 60 days from the date of installation. After this period, you must register the software or remove it from your computer. REGISTERED USAGE Each registered copy of the Software may be installed on multiple computers as long as it is ONLY used by the registered user. If any person other than the registered user uses the Software, then this agreement is being violated. Alternatively, the Software may be used by multiple users as long as the Software is installed on one and ONLY ONE computer. If the software is accessed via a network, then each networked user must be licensed. Users are provided with a REGISTRATION CODE in order to register the Software. This code may not be divulged to any other parties. LIMITATIONS. You may not: - use the Software after the evaluation period without paying the registration fee. - modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software - rent, lease or otherwise transfer rights to the Software - remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
