General This EULA governs the use of the Software made available by or on behalf of Interaktivna programska oprema (the "IPO", "we”, "us" or "our"). For purposes of this EULA, "software" means such application software, together with all updates, including releases of new versions, whether provided to you via download, automatically without additional consent or action on your part or otherwise, and any and all accompanying documentation, files and materials. This EULA constitutes the complete agreement between you and the IPO with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, negotiations, understandings, communications or other dealings between you and the IPO. If any part of this EULA is found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, it shall not affect the other provisions of this EULA. a) Licenses You may use the Demo version without time limitation. You are hereby allowed to make any number of backup copies of the Software. You may give a copy to anyone. b) Restrictions The foregoing rights in and to the Software are the only rights granted to you in connection with this EULA, and any and all rights not expressly granted to you by the licenses described Section (a) above are expressly and fully reserved by us. Your license and right to access and use the Software is limited to computers owned or controlled by you. Except as specifically provided in this EULA or for backup or archival purposes specifically permitted by law, you may not use or make any other copies of the Software. All copyrights to the Software are exclusively owned by Mitja Ukmar and Matjaž Mikac.
