TIMETABLE PRO Software (c) Cresotech, Inc. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD UNINSTALL AND DELETE THE SOFTWARE PACKAGE. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF TIMETABLE PRO SOFTWARE All property rights and copyrights (c) to TIMETABLE PRO Software (hereinafter SOFTWARE) are exclusively owned by Cresotech, Inc. and are legally protected by Ukrainian and international law. Any copy of the SOFTWARE installed without purchase of Registration Key within 30 days since installation shall be considered as Unregistered. Unregistered copy of the SOFTWARE may have some functions disabled. A Registered copy of the SOFTWARE is defined as installed one for which Registration Key is purchased. BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER YOU ARE AGREEING THAT THE SOFTWARE MEETS YOUR REQUIREMENTS. Once registered you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on one computer at a time. You may backup the SOFTWARE, as long as you do not distribute the copy. The backup must be for back up purposes only, and must not be used as a separate copy at the same time as your primary copy. According to the present license agreement you are granted the right for free technical support on the Internet within 30 days of the registration. UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE IS NOT A FREEWARE. YOU ARE GRANTED THE RIGHT TO USE THE SOFTWARE FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INSTALLATION, PROVIDED THAT YOU KEEP TO THE TERMS OF THE PRESENT LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not purchase Registration Key after the evaluation period of 30 days, you must stop using the SOFTWARE and remove it from your computer. ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT LICENSE AGREEMENT CRESOTECH, INC. DOES NOT UNDERTAKE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE USERS OF UNREGISTERED COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CRESOTECH, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE, or any subset of the SOFTWARE, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. You may not transfer Registration Key or any registration information of the SOFTWARE to the third parties. Cresotech, Inc. reserves the right to block the functionality of the SOFTWARE copies that are used contrary to the present License Agreement. You may not transfer to the third parties, copy, replicate or distribute in any form and on any media the SOFTWARE distribution package files without written permission by Cresotech, Inc. All rights not explicitly granted here are reserved by Cresotech, Inc. Cresotech, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this License Agreement for any future version of the SOFTWARE. Installing and/or using the SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this License Agreement you must remove the SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use the SOFTWARE.
