Topaz Moment(TM) - PRODUCT LICENSE INFORMATION Topaz Moment consists of two components: (1) the Topaz Moment Still Enhancement DLL(tltmntxx.dll), and (2) the Topaz Moment main program (tmoment.exe). These two components use different licenses. Topaz Moment(TM) Main Program The Topaz Moment main program (tmoment.exe) is based on Media Player Classic, which is open-source software under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You may use and distribute it freely with conditions detailed under the GNU GPL, included in the installation directory. Please refer to the Media Player Classic project website (http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/) and our website for more details. Topaz Moment(TM) Still Enhancement DLL Topaz Moment Still Enhancement DLL(tltmntxx.dll) is copyrighted software under the license below. NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE Topaz Moment Still Enhancement DLL SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. DISTRIBUTION You are hereby granted to make as many copies of the SOFTWARE as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the SOFTWARE(you must distribute the self-extracting archive file, not the files resulting of an installation). This is the entire agreement between you and Topaz Labs LLC which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
