This TopSoft End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal AGREEMENT between you and TopSoft, Ltd. for the TopSoft software product identified above, which product includes computer software and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
