END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR GRMLBrowser.com Tree MDI IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This GRMLBrowser.com Tree MDI End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and GRMLBrowser.com Incorporated for the GRMLBrowser.com software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials, and may include "online" or electronic documentation ("Software Product" or "Software"). Limitation of Liability. This software and accompanying written materials (including: instructions for use) are provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind. Furthermore, The Vendor. does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written material in terms of correctness accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. If the software causes damage, harm, injury, or fatalities, you the user and not GRMLBrowser.com or it's dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, GRMLBrowser.com may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the "Software" and all of its component parts. Acknowledgement. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this "Software" you acknowledge that you have read this limited warranty, understand it, and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
