The program is a shareware. You may evaluate it for period of 30 days. After this period you may not use the Software unless you pay the registration fee. You may share the unregistered Software with other people only if the Software is distributed in this original setup package. You may not give the registration numbers or registered versions of this software to other people nor use other people's registration/registered version. GRANT OF LICENSE This LICENSE grants you the following rights: a. You may create commercial applications based on WinLib Components and distribute them with your executables, no royalties required. b. Your commercial applications cannot have Command-Line feature that exposes or wraps functionality of the ActiveX Control to end user or non-licensed developer. c. You may NOT create a component/ActiveX Control (.ocx, .dll) that include WinLib Components. You may not create a dynamic link library (DLL) that exposes or wraps functionality of the ActiveX Control to a non-licensed developer. d. You may NOT Distribute the REGISTERED OCX INSTALLATION program or the license key in any way. e. Single Developer License. Allows to use WinLib Components on a Single development computer. One license is required per machine. You cannot use WinLib Components on web page, web server or Application Server ("Application Server" is defined as a non-user computer). f. Team Developer License. Allows to use WinLib Components on a Four development computer. You cannot use the WinLib Components on web page, web server or Application Server ("Application Server" is defined as a non-user computer). g. Site Wide License. Allows to use WinLib Components on Unlimited development computer at a single physical address. You cannot use the WinLib Components on web page, web server or Application Server ("Application Server" is defined as a non-user computer). h Single Server License. Allows to use WinLib Components on single development computer and allows to use WinLib Components on web page, web server for single domain only or One Application Server ("Application Server" is defined as a non-user computer). One license per Application server. An additional Server requires an additional license. i. This product is licensed for use by only one developer at a time. WinLib LLC expressly prohibits installing this product on more than one computer if there is any chance that both copies will be used simultaneously. This restriction also extends to installation on a network server, if more than one workstation will be accessing the product. All developers working on a project which includes a WinLib LLC product, even though not working directly with the product , are required to purchase a license for that product. j. You may use the trial version for the limited purposes of demonstrations, trials and design time evaluations and running a product tour. You may not use the trial version to produce commercial works. k. You may not alter, assign, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, lease, modify, sublicense or transfer the Software and modify the computer program or merge all or any part of it in another program. l. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE. m. You may NOT transfer any of your rights under this LICENSE. NO WARRANTIES. WinLib LLC expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
